Anonymous asked: I do around 240 leg lifts per day. I do 40 per leg 3 times a day. I also do 100 jumping jacks a day and 10 mins jogging on spot a day, 45 sit ups a day and a few other things and I eat around 800 calories. I weigh around 70 now and im 6'8 how much would I lose in the next 4 weeks if I continue my routine? Also would I build up a lot of muscle with my routine if not what should I add in?
